Service Users Consultation and the Role of Key Workers

Senior Care Assistants have the role of key workers, each leading a team of staff providing care, support and encouragement for service users. The senior care assistants are responsible for planning the service user’s care in consultation with the individual, their relatives and their doctor. All care plans are reviewed at least monthly, in this way we aim to promote quality of care given to service users. Service users and their relatives are welcome to participate in reviews should they wish.
